Create a New Account
To start using MazadiHub, you first need to create a free account:
- Click on the "Sign Up" button at the top of the page.
- Enter your details: Full name, Email address, Phone number, Password.
- Agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
- Click "Register".
- You will receive a confirmation email - activate your account.
Browse Auctions
After creating an account, you can start browsing available auctions:
- Use the search bar to find a specific product.
- Browse by categories (Electronics, Real Estate, Cars, Fashion, etc.).
- Filter results by: Price, End date, Most viewed, Most bid.
- Check the "Featured Auctions" section on the homepage.
- Browse "Most Viewed" and "Latest Auctions".
How to Bid
Bidding is the heart of MazadiHub. Here's how it works:
- Go to the auction details page for the product you want.
- You will see the current price and minimum next bid.
- Enter the amount you want to bid (must be greater than the minimum).
- Click the "Bid" button.
- The current price will update immediately and you will receive notifications if someone outbids you.
Buy Now
If you don't want to wait until the auction ends, you can use the Buy Now feature:
- Look for auctions with the Buy Now badge.
- The Buy Now price is clearly shown next to the current price.
- Click the "Buy Now" button.
- Confirm the purchase - the auction will end immediately and you become the owner.
- You will receive a confirmation notification and seller contact information.
Add a New Auction (For Sellers)
If you want to sell a product through auction, follow these steps:
- From your account dropdown menu, select "New Auction".
- Fill out the auction form:
- Auction Title: Short, attractive product description.
- Description: Detailed product information (condition, specifications, any defects if any).
- Starting Price: The minimum price to start bidding.
- Buy Now Price (Optional): Fixed price for direct purchase.
- Auction Duration: How many days the auction will remain open (3, 5, 7, 10, 14 days).
- Category: Choose the appropriate category for your product.
- City/Region: Product location for shipping or pickup.
- Add product images (preferably 3-5 high quality photos).
- Review the information and click "Publish Auction".
Add Auction Images
Good images increase your chances of selling. Here are tips for adding images:
- You can add up to 10 images per auction.
- The first image will be the main image shown in search results.
- You can rearrange images by drag and drop.
- Use clear, well-lit images from multiple angles.
- Photograph any defects or scratches transparently to protect yourself from disputes.
- Supported formats: JPG, PNG, GIF (max 5MB per image).
Payment & Delivery
After winning the auction or completing Buy Now, it's time for payment and delivery:
For Buyers (Auction Winner):
- You will receive a winning notification and confirmation email.
- You will see the seller's contact information (phone number, direct chat).
- Contact the seller to agree on payment and delivery method.
- Make payment within 48 hours after auction ends (unless otherwise agreed).
- After payment, confirm with the seller and receive your product.
For Sellers (Auction Owner):
- You will receive a notification with the winner's name.
- Contact the buyer to arrange payment and delivery method.
- You can use shipping companies or hand-to-hand delivery as agreed.
- After receiving payment, deliver the product.
- Don't forget to request delivery confirmation from the buyer.
Contact Seller or Buyer
For a successful transaction, good communication is key:
- From the auction page, click "Contact Seller" or "Message Buyer".
- You will be taken to the platform's messaging system.
- You can send text messages, images, and direct inquiries.
- All conversations are recorded and saved to protect both parties.
- You can also share your phone number after agreeing.
Ratings & Reports
The rating and reporting system ensures a safe environment for everyone:
How to Rate a Seller?
- After the auction ends, you will see a message to rate your experience.
- Choose number of stars (1 to 5) and write a comment about your experience.
- You can edit your rating within 7 days.
- Ratings appear on the seller's page and are visible to everyone.
How to Report a Violation?
- If you notice suspicious behavior, fraud, or terms violation, use the "Report" button.
- Fill out the report form (violation type, details, attach evidence if any).
- The report will be reviewed by support team within 24-48 hours.
- If violation is confirmed, the violating account may be suspended or the auction deleted.
