Article 1: Platform Definition and Role

MazadiHub is an online platform designed to provide an environment for users to display and sell products through auction or instant purchase. The platform explicitly confirms that it is not a party to any sale or purchase transaction between users, and its role is limited to providing the technical means for display and bidding only.

The platform is not responsible for:

• The credibility or accuracy of information provided by sellers about their products.
• The quality of products or their conformity to the description mentioned in the auction.
• The buyer's ability to pay or the seller's ability to deliver the product.
• Any direct or indirect damage resulting from any transaction conducted through the platform.

Article 2: Disclaimer

By using MazadiHub, you agree that the platform is not responsible in any way for:

• User Actions: We do not control user behavior nor guarantee their good faith or legal capacity to contract.
• Auction Credibility: We do not verify the authenticity of listed products or the seller's ownership.
• Fraud or Deception: In case of any fraudulent activity between users, full responsibility falls on the contracting parties.
• Delivery or Payment Delays: The platform does not intervene in payment or delivery processes and assumes no responsibility related to them.
• Damages from Use: Any financial or moral losses arising from use of the platform.

Article 3: Registration and Account Creation

To register on the platform, the user must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials and not share them with any other party.
• Assume full responsibility for any activity conducted through their account.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account found to be violating these terms, or upon receiving documented reports of fraud or unethical practices from the account holder.

Article 4: Auction Rules

• Bidding is Binding: Any submitted bid is considered a binding commitment from the user to purchase at the price reached when the auction ends.
• No Bid Cancellation: Once a bid is placed, the user cannot withdraw or modify it.
• Auction Winner Must Pay: The winning user must complete payment within the specified period (48 hours after auction ends).
• Seller's Right to Cancel: If the buyer fails to pay, the seller may cancel the sale and relist the product for auction or sell to another party.

Article 5: Buy Now

• When selecting the "Buy Now" option, the user is obligated to pay the specified price immediately.
• The instant purchase cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
• The platform is not responsible for any disputes between seller and buyer after the instant purchase is completed.

Article 6: Reports and Account Suspension

At MazadiHub, we take reports seriously. Users can report any violation or suspicious behavior through the platform's reporting system.

The platform has the right to take the following actions without prior notice:

• Temporarily or permanently suspend any user's account.
• Delete auctions that violate laws or public decency.
• Prevent the user from adding new auctions.
• Refer serious violations (fraud, impersonation, etc.) to the relevant authorities.

Cases requiring suspension:

• Listing counterfeit or prohibited products.
• Failure to pay more than twice as an auction winner.
• Impersonating another user.
• Manipulating the auction system (inflating prices using fake accounts).
• Using abusive or threatening language toward other users.
• Receiving more than 3 documented reports against the same user.

Article 7: User Responsibility

You alone are responsible for:

• Verifying the credibility of the seller or buyer before completing any transaction.
• Ensuring the accuracy of product description and condition before placing a bid or purchasing.
• Shipping, delivery, and payment arrangements with the other party.
• Complying with local laws and regulations regarding products you list or purchase.

Article 8: Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendment becomes effective immediately upon posting on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after amendment constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Article 9: Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from the use of the platform shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Emirate of Dubai, with the understanding that the platform's role is limited to technical intermediation and it has no contractual responsibility between users.
